Phantom Canyon Brewery
Swung down to Colorado Springs for Phantom Canyon Brewery the second day before we headed up to Pike's Peak. This was a great place. The food and beer well so well together, I believe they actually made recommendations on which beers go with which brews. Service was great too. Ironically, I believe I had a Railyard Ale here too!
