Food & Froth 2006

Went to the Milwaukee Public Museum's Food & Froth fundraiser again this February. I think it will be the last one. It is being run just horribly now. It was WAY too crowded for one thing, not relaxing at all. The last time we went they had it nice and organized, people started out on different floors so not to overwhelm everything at once. Not this time. There we restaurants missing, in the wrong places and mostly hard to find! There was a listing in the pamphlet (with errors) but they were not on the map, so you really didn't know where they were and just found the randomly. Seemed to be a lot less meal-type places too. One of the dumb ones was putting Usinger's right in the middle of a high traffic area. Pretty dumb. The highlight was stopping by the Goose Island table and tasting some of their special Reserve beers. They had some Lambics that were delicious! Highly recommend them!
